- Work will only be accepted from the UK and upon receipt of your signed written requirements.
The requirements must consist of :-
- The outline of work required
- The Delivery method
- The Timeframe
- Should any errors be found in the work, SBA will be liable for the cost of the work ONLY, no further liability will be acknowledged.
- If a client changes there original requirements, they will be invoiced for work already completed and re-quoted for the new work required.
- Our preferred payment method is pay pal, with a strict payment term of 14 days from the invoice date. If payment is late SBA reserve the right to charge a daily interest amount on the outstanding monies owed.
- All prices are currently inclusive of vat.
- All materials used will be itemised and charged accordingly.
- Written quotations will be provided upon request.
- All original documents must be sent to SBA via registered mail.
- All postal or courier costs incurred by SBA will be borne by the client.
- Your contact details will only be used by SBA to contact you with regard to our services and will NOT be passed to any third parties.
- You may not offer any position of employment/work direct to an SBA employee. SBA will not approach any of your staff with a view to offering them employment.
- Any information required to be held by SBA on behalf of a client will be kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- It is the client’s ultimate responsibility to ensure that material provided does not contravene any copyright, plagiarism or Data Protection Laws. SBA will not be held liable for any contravention and reserve the right to refuse any assignment.
- If you cancel an instruction of work this must be done in writing and at least 7 days before the work is due to start. If you cancel at a later date you will be invoiced for 50 % of the original cost of work.
